| I am Deputy Chief Robert Barker and I would like to welcome you to the Rowley Police Department on-line. We here at the Rowley Police Department continually strive to increase the level of service we provide to our community. One way to achieve this is by making information available in as many ways as possible. The introduction of this web page gives us the opportunity to share information about the department and many of our special programs with the general public. We have also made commonly used forms available for download for added convenience. In addition, our on-line survey is available so you can let us know how you think we are doing. This site will continue to change and grow as we strive to make it as informative and useful as possible to our citizens. As the person in charge of this project I would welcome any comments or suggestions as to how we might improve our site. As a member of the Rowley Police Department for 25 years I would also welcome any suggestions or comments on how we might better serve our community and it's citizens. No police agency can operate effectively or efficiently if it does not meet the needs of the community it is empowered to protect. |
